TerraSync Software: Version 4.12 —Now Available
The Trimble® TerraSync™ software version 4.12 is now available. This release addresses a number of product issues found in TerraSync version 4.10:
- Reinstated support for the GPS Pathfinder® Pro XR receiver.
- Better yield whilst collecting points and vertices using the Trimble R8 and 5800 receivers.
- More robust handling of NTRIP tables.
- More reliable support for 5800, 5800 Model II, R8, and R8 Model II receivers with firmware versions 3.82 and 4.02.
- Better support for large digital photograph images transferred using the TrimPix™ Pro system.
Activation
The TerraSync software version 4.12 must be activated after installation. Refer to the TerraSync Software: Registration, Installation and Activation Support Note.
Availability
The TerraSync software version 4.12 is available immediately. Click here to download. No CD’s will be supplied.Customers will require the latest updates to version 4.20 of the GPS Pathfinder Office software. The latest updates can be obtained using the GPS Pathfinder Office Updater utility or downloaded here.
Software Upgrade Eligibility
Existing customers whose software maintenance expiry date is on or after 1 December 2009 are eligible for a free upgrade to the new version.
