As all of you will be aware the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) released their Planted Forest Data Collection Manual. This manual provides a frame work for the sampling program, specifies the data collection and sample processing protocols, and outlines the quality control procedures.

Included in appendix 2 of this manual is a Survey Equipment List, a list of equipment required to lay out and measure a planted forest plot.
